Danaides version 2.0

Resurrecting one of the first Inear Display plugins, originally released in 2013. Narrower in scope and weirder, it's sort of an ancestor to Amalgame, which later took the sequencing side further.

This release stays close to the original formula: the audio engine and UI have been fully rewritten and modernized, but the behavior and feel should still be very close to the 2013 version.

A few interesting directions surfaced during development, so expect further evolutions in future updates.

The original had been discontinued for a while and wasn't running properly (or at all) anymore on modern OSes. v2 breaks compatibility with v1 to start from a cleaner base going forward.
